Now the development of startups and MSMEs (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) in Indonesia is on the rise and is in dire need of a strong ecosystem. During its development period, it requires adequate work space support to conduct its business.
To save costs, startups and MSMEs may know about the Virtual Office, which is an office address rental service that allows users to rent an address for mailing and guest reception needs.Indeed, many startups and MSMEs do not have a physical location, but it is important to have a registered address so that clients or business partners can send various kinds of goods and letters for their continued work.To provide support for an easy and fast Virtual Office and workspace, XWORK as a growing startup in Indonesia is also trying to provide online workspace reservations using applications.
Now the XWORK application is also available on the Google Play Store so that it can be downloaded and installed on an Android smartphone. After Gadgeter has successfully downloaded and installed XWORK on your smartphone, you can immediately open it.
On the start page of this application, the Gadgeter will be faced with a login menu that can use a Facebook account, Google account, or an account that has been created in the XWORK application.
To simplify the ordering process, I also use a Google account because it’s faster, easier to use, and safer. After successfully logging in, the Gadgeter will be confronted with a simple main page dominated by white and several main menus.
On the Home tab, there is a menu for Daily Meetings, Routine Meetings, Event Rooms, Coworking, Office, and Meeting Rooms for Under 100 Thousand. For starters, I tried to open the Daily Meeting menu.
On the Daily Meeting menu, I was faced with the choice of filling in the intended location, meeting date, and capacity of people. When filling in the intended location, I was faced with filling in the location and later asked for the maximum distance from the meeting place starting from 1 km – 30 km.
After I filled all the needs, I immediately pressed the Search button. The result also appeared several places that were suitable for meetings on the appointed day around me, complete with price information, place names, and capacities.
If one of the places is selected, a more complete information will be displayed starting from the name of the room, detailed explanation, price, room setup, free facilities available, paid facilities, paid food & drinks, operating hours, full address, general rules, how to access location, and the Order Now button.
After pressing the Order Now button, I can immediately determine the time to rent the place for meetings. After determining the date, I immediately set the time for the meeting to start and finish.
After successfully filling in the time, I will be faced with information that shows information about the place, date, and time that was ordered earlier. If it matches, you can immediately press the Confirm button.
Next, I was immediately confronted with the first step by filling in my name, phone number and email. After pressing the Next button, I was asked to enter information about free facilities, paid facilities, paid food & drinks, room setup, and additional notes.
I immediately pressed the Next button and was directed to the third step which showed complete reservation information starting from the room name, date, time, room setup, additional notes, and the price that had to be issued.
After the order was in order, I immediately pressed the Order button and was automatically confronted with a payment page that had the option of using Bank Transfer or Credit Card. Later, the payment period can be made a maximum of 2 hours after ordering. Even if the gadget has a promo code, it will get a discount on the room price.
